Our Fans
This letter is my personal recommendation for the fine work done by the Alpha Builders Corporation.
I am the County's project manager for the Rivers End Restoration Project and was lucky to have such a well organized, hardworking and flexible group be awarded our contract for the demolition of infrastructure near the Dungeness River.
Their ablility to accomplish requested tasks diligently and scrupulously, working with timelines of other contractors, and helping to find solutions made my job so much easier. They were dedicated to the project's mission of restoration and recycling, putting extra time to ensure materials were reused rather than discarded.
The owners of Alpha Builders, Brent and Ken, are a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Alpha Builders for any project.
Sincerely,
Donella K Pratt

Dear Ken,
I wanted to write and tell you how happy we are with our ductless heat pump. From the first time we used it, I noticed a distinct difference in the type of heat that it produced, as opposed to our old electric baseboard heat. Our baseboards produced a dry heat that did not circulate well in our home however the heat pump creates a softer, more moist heat that circulates well and warms the entre house.
I was surprised at how quiet the units are and how quickly the temperature adjusts. It is very easy to adjust the heat and fan speed with the remote controls. Somthing I have not taken advantage of yet but am looking forward to, is using the air conditioning function which is something we didn't have before.
The best thing is, we have noticed a significant reduction in our use of electricty and a lowered heating bill since the system was installed. Our bill has been approximately 1/3 less during the past 3 months. This is pretty impressive, considering that we were keeping the heat low previously to save money and now we are keeping as warm as we want. I like knowing that we are helping the environment by saving electricity as well.
Finally I want to say that the service you and your workers provided was excellent. You did what you said you would and there was virtually no disruption to our personal lives. The installation went quickly and my house was left clean which has not always been the case with other contractors!
So feel free to use me as a reference - I hope other people will take advantage of installing these units in their home while the rebates are still being offered. I believe that purchasing this system has significantly increased the resale value and comfort of our home.
Best regards,
Merala Heins

Ken,
Nice looking fixtures, and very neat workers! Wow! A delight to have at the house.

Buy LocalFor years we have been hearing "shop local" while at the same time hearing horror stories about the cost, selection and run-around (permitting process).
We just want to go on record as having had a very good experience with our recent purchase of a ductless heat pump.
Granted, the product itself is not "local", but we could not find anything comparable that is made in the USA.
After looking at the heat pumps at three or four different booths at the Home Show, we were very interested in the ductless heat pump. We had two bids and went with Alpha Builders.
In order to get the rebate, the city (or PUD) must pre-approve your request prior to installation.
Alpha Builders took care of the paperwork to get the approval, the permit for installation - everything required.
The city permits require two types of inspections after the unit is installed.
Everyone we had contact with at both the city and Alpha was friendly, courteous and helpful.
If Alpha Builders is an example of our local contractors, they are ready, willing and able to help you with any size project. And the same can be said of each of the city employees that we dealt with.
Just a thank-you to both - and "buy local."
